During this on-line event, you will learn powerful breathing techniques that can release stress, anxiety, and mental clutter. As an experienced facilitator I will guide you through various breathwork exercises, allowing you to tap into your body's natural ability to heal, find balance and dive deeper into your mental wellbeing.
