Waiting to Exhale is a ceremonial journey through release, activation, connection, celebration and deep embodiment.
Guided by the Goddess of Cacao, the spirit of the breath, alchemy of Sound and the Intellligence of the EARTH.
There comes a moment when the body can no longer hold what the soul has outgrown.
Waiting to exhale is a five part ceremonial journey guiding women from release into embodiment.
A 6 month ceremonial journey unfolding across Queensland through cacao, breathwork, sound, connection and Earth Immersion.
From June, I will be holding a series of intimate gatherings designed as a five-phase pathway through release, activation, connection, celebration, and embodiment.
Each gathering is a complete experience in itself.
Together, they form a deeper journey of return - back into the body, the breath and your natural rhythm.
You are welcome to attend one event that calls you, or move through the entire journey over time. There is no right way to participate - only what feels aligned for you in each moment.
Some souls will come once. Some will walk the full path. Both are complete.
This is not about doing more but about coming back to yourself.
Where the holding ends… and you begin.
This is not a single event. This is a living initiation.
The Journey
Waiting to Exhale is the moment a woman stops!
It is what happens when she has been strong for too long. When she has carried everyone, everything, and every unspoken emotion in her body.
When she learned how to function - but forgotten how to feel.
And then…. something softens.
Not all at once. Not Perfectly. But enough.
And in that moment, she exhales.
Not just air - but years of holding. The pressure. the silence. The weight of being everything for everyone.
In her bones. In her breath. In her body.
WHO SHE REALLY IS.
And in that Exhale… she remembers.

Why this series exists
Waiting to exhale was born from witnessing and living what happens when women are in transition but have nowhere safe to land.
So they hold it in.
Until the body asks for something deeper than coping.
This series is that space.
A ceremonial ARC that moves through:

For the past three years I have been holding ceremony through the Lions Gate portal. Each year, I have witnessed something the mind cannot fully explain - women arriving carrying so much more than they speak… and leaving just a little more open, a little more true, a little more themselves. It has never just been an event.
It has been a threshold. This is year is about recognising the power that has always been present beneath survival and reclaiming it FULLY.
